Part-time Flex Lead

Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for an active, hands-on Part-time role onsite in Indianapolis. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, gaining leadership experience and running shifts when the Manager on Duty is away.

You’ll coach staff, drive guest engagement, ensure safety and cleanliness, and contribute to a best-in-class guest experience during peak hours and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology including POS systems; comfortable learning new platforms.
• Must be 18 years or older; availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as MOD when GM/OM not present, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Step into any operational area to maintain seamless guest experiences and flow.
• Drive front desk performance and membership sales while delivering service excellence.
• Oversee events and activities, ensuring a positive memorable guest experience.
