Job summary

Brobston Group in Park City, Utah is hiring an Operations Support Associate to help keep daily store operations running smoothly across stockroom and sales floor. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, merchandise processing, customer service, and store presentation.

You will process freight, replenish stock, perform RFID scans, assist customers, and support front- and back-of-house tasks. Flexible day, evening, weekend availability is required to match store schedules and seasonal needs.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the store and stockroom.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend schedules; overnight shifts or travel may be required.
