Job summary

Brobston Group in Leeds, AL is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help run daily store operations including receiving merchandise, maintaining stock, and assisting the sales floor. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory control and customer service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, freight, tags, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting room areas.
• Support visual merchandising, store presentation standards, and team operations across front and back of house.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and team members.
• Meet physical requirements, including lifting or climbing as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
