Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and manage a staff of package handlers.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor safety programs and policies and enforce FXG procedures.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
