• Experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced setting preferred.
• Ability to train, coach and evaluate staff and operations.

• Inspires and motivates a team; leads daily meetings and communicates updates.
• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Assigns staff to ensure safe and efficient sortation and tracks performance.
• Investigates and resolves customer service issues as appropriate.
• Trains new employees on duties, safety, and FXG policies.
