Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day package sortation operations and a staff of Package Handlers. You will manage hiring, coaching, training, performance reviews, and ensure adherence to FedEx policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe, efficient operation.

The role requires leading daily team meetings, driving safety initiatives, and mentoring junior supervisors.

• Plans and controls day-to-day operations and staff assignments for safe, efficient sortation.
• Ensures staff are allocated to maximize safety and efficiency of package sortation and trailer movement.
• Leads team meetings and communicates operational updates and goals.
