Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure safe, efficient package sortation and staffing coverage.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, evaluate performance and manage discipline.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and relevant regulations.
• Lead safety initiatives and coach staff on dock safety and QA requirements.
• Mentor less-experienced supervisors and adapt to changing business needs.
