The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a strong safety culture, with opportunities for professional development and cross-functional collaboration across divisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean CDL and OSHA 10/30 card required.
• Legal to work in the US; associate degree and 2–4 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and helpers to meet safety and operational goals.
• Provide leadership and develop team members for growth.
• Collaborate with managers to implement initiatives.
• Onboard new drivers and ensure understanding of Casella’s core values.
• Monitor performance and coach for safety and policy compliance.
• Investigate accidents, disputes and document per policy.
• Plan routes to improve density and efficiency.
• Participate in training and company initiatives.
