The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a clean CDL, OSHA 10/30, and 2–4 years of supervisory experience; strong communication and office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with valid CDL and OSHA 10/30 card.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team and develop members for advancement.
• Oversee drivers and helpers to meet safety and operational goals.
• Partner with Operations Manager and Division Manager on initiatives.
• Onboard new drivers to align with Casella values.
• Monitor driver performance and coach for policy compliance.
• Investigate accidents and disputes; ensure documentation.
• Create logistics plans to reduce route hours and improve density.
• Participate in training to drive Casella's vision and core values.
