Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Supervisor Operations to directly supervise entry and processing staff, handling hiring, training, evaluation and development while ensuring timely, accurate processing to meet contracts.

You will monitor workflow, develop procedures to improve efficiency, and work with internal teams and customers to support new programs, staying compliant with policies and providing coaching and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years direct supervisory experience including hiring and firing authority for minimum of ten associates.
• 2+ years in healthcare (government healthcare delivery preferred) or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise entry and processing staff and manage performance.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop staff.
• Monitor workflow and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Lead process improvements and coordinate with other departments.
