Centene Corp. is seeking a Supervisor of Operations in New York to supervise entry and processing staff, manage hiring, training and performance, and ensure timely, accurate processing to meet contracts.

The role involves directing workflow, developing policies, and coordinating with internal teams and customers. You will monitor reports, coach staff, handle escalations, and lead special projects while promoting efficiency and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years direct supervisory experience including hiring and firing authority for at least ten associates.
• Healthcare experience preferred (government healthcare delivery) or production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise entry and processing staff; manage hiring, training, evaluation and performance.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing to meet objectives and contracts.
• Develop policies and procedures to improve efficiencies and support new contracts or programs.
• Interface with internal staff, field personnel, contractors, and customers.
• Monitor reports; analyze processes; recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Provide coaching, feedback and quality control to staff; handle escalations.
• Handle administrative issues (discipline, timekeeping, scheduling).
• Lead special projects and collaborate with departments to meet goals and customer satisfaction.
