Centene Corporation is seeking a Supervisor Operations to directly supervise entry and processing staff, hire and train personnel, and manage performance. You will monitor workflow, production reports and quality, while driving process improvements for new programs and contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or production environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years direct supervisory experience including hiring and firing authority for minimum of ten associates required.
• 2+ years in healthcare (government healthcare delivery preferred) or production environment required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises entry and processing staff and directs workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Monitors reports, analyzes processes and recommends improvements to meet objectives.
• Handles administrative issues, timekeeping, scheduling and escalations as needed.
• Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to promote process improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Develops and maintains relationships with other departments to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
• Works on special projects to support new programs or contracts.
