Centene Corp. is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead entry and processing teams, hire and train staff, and manage performance.

The role emphasizes policy development, workflow optimization, and collaboration across departments to meet contractual requirements. The position supports remote work in Florida and requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or production.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years direct supervisory experience including hiring and firing authority for minimum of ten associates.
• 2+ years in healthcare (government healthcare delivery preferred) or production environment.
• Within ICS/Mail Distribution Centers only, 2 years experience supporting production teams such as print, fulfillment, manufacturing or related industries.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises entry and/or processing staff and manages hiring, training, evaluation and performance.
• Monitors workflows and directs resources to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Develops policies and procedures to improve efficiency and support new contracts or programs.
• Interfaces with internal staff, field personnel, contractors and customers.
• Creates and monitors reports for process control and production effectiveness.
• Makes adjustments to maintain quality standards and achieve goals.
• Completes special projects as required and supports staff development.
• Responds to customer inquiries and tracks issues for improvement.
• Represents department to promote relationships and secure objectives.
• Collects and analyzes operational data to identify reasons for calls and efficiency improvements.
• Performs quality control work and provides feedback and coaching to staff.
• Handles administrative issues and timekeeping, scheduling and escalations.
• Works on projects for staff development and for meeting corporate goals.
• Collaborates with other departments to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
