Job summary

Centene is seeking a Quality Improvement Supervisor to lead and monitor a team of Quality Improvement Associates supporting retention activities. You will ensure accurate information, enforce SOPs and quality assurance standards, and drive productivity through training and skill assessment.

You will collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports and recommendations, investigate process obstacles, and apply best practices to achieve effective project implementation and outcomes.

Qualifications

• AA/AS - Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years managed care experience required; knowledge of the industry and terminology.
• 1-3 years Supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Quality Improvement Associates to meet monthly audit performance metrics.
• Monitor and enforce SOPs and quality assurance standards across retention activities.
• Research and use best practices to achieve effective project implementation and outcomes.
• Investigate exploitation of infrastructure tools to optimize productivity and performance.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports and make recommendations.
