Job summary

Centene Corporation in the United States seeks a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead multiple concurrent initiatives, driving efficiency, service levels, and regulatory compliance through cross-functional collaboration and structured governance.

You will shape strategy, manage budgets, and communicate status to executives, while partnering with teams to realize objectives and deliver measurable value across programs and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Experience with Amisys, Xcelys or similar claims adjudication engines.
• Knowledge of Payment Accuracy programs within EDI Gateway Availity or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve service levels.
• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities and align resources.
• Manage multiple projects through full lifecycle including plans, budgets and closure.
• Use standard PM tools to manage projects and maintain documentation.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources and mitigate risks.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to meet objectives.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge of program requirements.
• Oversee governance communications and ceremonies.
