Responsibilities

• Lead program operations with Customer Service, Administrative or EAP Provider teams and supervise call center staff.
• Develop and maintain procedures to achieve departmental or program goals.
• Monitor and report on business and financial metrics to track operational success.
• Coordinate center operations including scheduling, work plans, and issue resolution tracking.
• Adhere to corporate policies including HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
