Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent years of experience: one year per year of college requested.
• Experience in operations roles with a focus on safety and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety metrics and key performance indicators for service, pickup, and assignments.
• Supervise driver performance to balance business and driver needs.
• Coach drivers on performance and behavior expectations.
• Maintain high service levels through proactive communication with customers.
• Maximize profitability via efficient equipment utilization.
• Foster win/win outcomes for drivers and customers.
• Handle sensitive issues and driver disputes with effective communication.
• Plan driver loads based on availability and PTA, ensuring on-time service.
• Coordinate with drivers on physicals, random drug screens, and CDL renewals.
