Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote safety metrics and KPIs for service pickup, deadhead, and weekly assignments.
• Supervise driver performance to balance business needs and driver needs.
• Coach drivers on performance expectations using High Performance Coaching.
• Ensure high levels of service by building strong relationships and proactive communication with customers.
• Maximize profitability through efficient equipment utilization.
• Manage driver loads and ensure on-time service.
