Competenze

• Promote safety metrics and KPIs around service pickup, deadhead, assignments per week, and related metrics.
• Supervise driver performance to balance business and driver needs.
• Coach drivers on performance and behavior using High Performance Coaching.
• Maintain high levels of service through proactive communication and relationship building with customers.
