Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety metrics and KPIs around service pickup %, deadhead %, assignments per week.
• Supervise driver performance to balance business and driver needs.
• Coach drivers using High Performance Coaching.
• Manage customer expectations through proactive communication and relationships.
• Maximize profitability through equipment utilization.
• Ensure high driver and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle sensitive issues and driver disputes effectively.
• Plan driver loads based on availability and ensure on-time service.
• Coordinate driver physicals and CDL renewal deadlines with Safety.
