AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Supervisor of Operations to oversee branch operations, lead the logistics team, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of medical equipment and services to patients’ homes.

The role involves coordinating with leadership, health systems, and referral sources to improve patient services, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years of leadership experience in HME or healthcare settings.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, or billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, ensuring timely distribution of equipment and services.
• Lead and direct logistics staff to meet delivery goals and cost targets.
• Manage inventory and collaborate with department leaders to ensure timely customer delivery.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with CMS, DOT, FDA, OSHA and accreditation standards.
• Resolve service concerns by identifying trends and implementing improvements.
• Communicate with physicians and referral sources on patient status and changes.
