Job summary

AdaptHealth in Michigan is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch operations and coordinate services ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of medical equipment to patients’ homes. You will lead the logistics team, manage inventory, work with leadership and referral sources to improve patient services, and ensure compliance with CMS, DOT, FDA, OSHA, HIPAA.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree, 5 years of HME leadership experience, strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• An associate degree from an accredited college required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to ensure services meet federal, state, and local regulations.
• Direct logistics team with daily direction to route orders timely and cost-efficiently.
• Manage inventory and collaborate with department leaders to ensure timely, safe delivery of goods and services.
• Place purchase orders per restocking protocol and maintain branch-level inventory control.
• Address service concerns, identify trends, and implement improvements in patient experience.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to resolve concerns and improve overall patient care metrics.
