Job summary

AdaptHealth in the United States seeks a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch logistics, inventory and service delivery of home medical equipment.

You will lead a team, partner with healthcare providers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive on-time, accurate fulfillment and patient care.

This role requires an associate degree and 5 years in HME leadership; the company offers total rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in HME leadership.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch services comply with CMS, department rules and local regulations (CMS, DOT, FDA, OSHA, etc.).
• Direct logistics team with daily direction to route orders efficiently and meet delivery goals.
• Manage branch inventory and coordinate with leaders to ensure timely, accurate customer deliveries.
• Control inventory at the branch; place purchase orders per restocking protocol.
• Address service concerns, identify trends and drive improvements in patient experience.
