Job summary

ShipMonk Fort Worth is hiring an Operations Supervisor for the Day Shift to lead a team of 25–30 warehouse associates and own the department’s people, processes, and performance. You’ll report to a Warehouse Manager and collaborate with other operations leaders to keep the building running smoothly.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations or related field.
Experience leading teams and holding people accountable to performance.
Comfort working with operational data and using metrics to identify problems and improve results.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Start the shift with a team huddle and set priorities.
Lead and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
Monitor KPIs in real time and adjust proactively.
Manage labor allocation, throughput, productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
Onboard new associates and help them reach full productivity.
Communicate results, risks, and priorities to leadership.
