Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Engineering or related field; NCO preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software.
• Excellent organization, planning skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of ownership, results, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of 25 to 30 ShipMonk Associates.
• Communicate policies and maintain compliance; act as the primary information source for the team.
• Use software to keep records, edit, and manage inventory flow.
• Improve productivity, processes, and quality of warehouse operations through KPIs.
• Report stock levels, issues, and employee performance to upper management.
• Train new warehouse associates; oversee sanitation in the department.
