ShipMonk is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift at our Fort Worth fulfillment center to lead a team of 25–30 associates. You’ll drive safety, productivity, and quality, making real-time decisions to keep daily orders moving and meet KPIs.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, mentor night-shift staff, and own shift performance in a fast-paced, logistics environment. On-site role with strong leadership impact.

ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a team of approximately 25–30 associates at our Fort Worth fulfillment center.

We ship thousands of orders every day for more than 1,500 ecommerce brands, and strong night-shift leadership is critical to keeping that operation moving.

You’ll be responsible for keeping your team focused, productive, safe, and aligned while making real-time decisions that directly impact our ability to deliver for our merchants.
