You'll learn the business while taking on real frontline leadership responsibility, using data to identify problems, coach reps, and partner with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Early-career candidates with internship, co-op, or equivalent exposure to operations.
• Willingness to lead on the fulfillment floor and manage 25–30 associates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Run shift huddles and set clear daily priorities.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
