Job summary

ShipMonk is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a 25–30 person warehouse team at our Fort Worth center. You’ll drive safety, quality, productivity and attendance, set daily priorities, and coach frontline staff. Your leadership will translate military or civilian logistics experience into practical, data-informed actions.

You’ll partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Ops teams to optimize labor, workflows, and processes while promoting a culture of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of military leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or personnel oversight experience OR 2+ years of civilian leadership in operations/logistics
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and use metrics to improve performance
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
• Set clear expectations and maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
• Lead shift huddles and communicate daily priorities
• Monitor operational KPIs and adjust labor and workflows as conditions change
• Use operational data to identify root causes and improve performance
• Train and develop associates while identifying future frontline leaders
• Partner with teams across HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to solve problems
• Maintain inventory accuracy and equipment, sanitation, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, and strengthen execution
