Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership or operations experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to client sites.
• Experience with recruitment planning and workforce optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery operations with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance.
