Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations, required.
• Leadership skills preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior management, branch network and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an agent of change, identifying opportunities to improve client service and capabilities.
• Assists with training and guidance to team members on workload processing and tasks.
• Contributes to development and implementation of operational plans and policies to improve scalability and automation.
• Collaborates with leaders across the bank to coordinate projects and ensure effective communication.
• Maintains documentation for policies, SOX controls, risk assessments and other controls.
• Learns all aspects of the operations department to be a well-rounded operations employee.
