Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations.
• Ability to learn various Banking Software programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating department projects.
• Support documentation, standardization and measurement of key processes.
• Provide internal customer support to branches, treasury management and lending teams.
• Assist with policy development, SOX controls, risk assessments and other controls.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive automation and efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships across bank departments to ensure collaboration.
• Attend meetings and support daily operations, including coverage for short-staffed periods.
