Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify improvements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and healthcare systems; able to learn new tech.
• One year of related work experience required; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support regional operations through workflow improvements and training.
• Process insurance verification, authorizations, and order accuracy.
• Enter and track patient and authorization data in EMR systems.
• Identify errors in workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and communicate trends.
• Maintain knowledge of payer guidelines, products, and services for compliance.
• Assist with training materials, onboarding, and cross-functional support.
• Participate in projects to refine processes and enhance operations.
• Meet quality and performance metrics while handling multiple priorities.
• Deliver, set up, and educate patients on home medical equipment as needed.
• Perform patient assessments and follow-ups to support care and compliance.
