AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Specialist in the US to support patient care and drive operational excellence. You will improve workflows, verify insurance, and manage data in EMR systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality care and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Competenze

• One year of relatable work experience.
• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree in Healthcare Admin or related field.
• Experience in healthcare admin, insurance, billing, claims, or call center is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Support regional operations through workflow improvement, training, and process optimization.
• Review and process documentation for insurance verification, authorizations, and order accuracy.
• Navigate EMR systems to enter and track patient and authorization data.
• Analyze workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
• Communicate trends and resolve issues with teams and leadership.
• Maintain HIPAA, PPE, and infection control compliance.
