AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Specialist to support patient care and drive operational excellence in our home medical equipment business. You will help optimize workflows, verify insurance, and maintain accurate patient data across EMR systems.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with regional teams to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of relatable work experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support regional operations through workflow improvements and training.
• Review documentation including insurance verification and authorizations.
• Navigate EMR systems to enter and track patient data.
• Analyze workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and communicate trends.
• Maintain knowledge of payer guidelines and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with training materials and onboarding.
• Meet quality metrics while managing multiple priorities.
