Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Operations or related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct order exceptions daily.
• Review and follow up on picked tickets weekly.
• Cycle count and inventory accuracy tasks.
• Vendor invoices reviewed and coded in DataServ.
• Process freight claims and shipments accurately.
• Audit service staging area monthly for old jobs.
• Lead annual physical inventory audits.
• Assist with scheduling facility maintenance and pickups.
• Replenish truck stock and maintain office supplies.
• Process warehouse transfers and related freight.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
