Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Generalist in Ohio to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

You will handle packing, labeling, carrier shipments, and material staging, with a focus on timely order processing. Qualified candidates have strong organizational skills, forklift experience or the ability to certify, and proficiency with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Fill, package, and process stock packing slips daily to prioritize orders.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments with carriers.
• Review receipts for backorders and fulfill orders as inventory allows.
• Prepare and stage materials for production and delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and bin locations.
• Operate forklift safely and support warehouse functions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout shipping, receiving areas.
• Assist others by locating materials as needed.
