Shelby County Schools is seeking a qualified professional to manage financial and program analysis within Career and Technical Education functions. The role involves overseeing expenditures, preparing fiscal data for the annual budget, and collaborating with district staff to shape short- and long-range plans.

The candidate will research new methods and technologies, develop and monitor programs, and compile administrative and financial reports to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or other related area plus an additional 2 years related experience, or equivalent, for a total education/experience of 6 years.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, review and approve expenditures for the area of responsibility; provides fiscal data for preparation of the annual budget.
• Collaborate with supervisor and other District staff to develop short- and long-range plans for assigned program or functional area.
• Research and explore feasibility of implementing new methods, technologies or programs.
• Develop, schedule, implement, monitor and evaluate all programs, projects and operations in area of responsibility.
• Research, compile data for, and prepare various statistical, administrative and/or financial reports as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
