Job summary

Alter Trading in Greeley, CO is seeking a capable Lead to assist the Facility Manager by handling administrative, clerical and customer-facing duties. You’ll process vehicle titles, manage inventory and support daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, directing inquiries, organizing titles and paperwork per Colorado requirements, supervising counter clerks, and training staff while ensuring accurate data entry and cash handling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a cashier in a retail environment.
• 1–3 years experience working as an office or clerical assistant.
• Intermediate level skills in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen customers, vendors and other visitors including staff.
• Answer incoming calls in a courteous manner and provide product/price information.
• Direct questions and route calls to appropriate area/person.
• Organize titles and complete Colorado state paperwork.
• Interact with tow truck drivers and parts sales staff.
• Supervise online parts or car sales.
• Inspect inbound/outbound customers for parts and tools.
• Maintain a presentable showroom and track metrics.
• Inventory management and supervising counter clerks.
• Assist with orientation and training of new and current employees.
• Review timecards and data reports for accuracy; manage attendance.
• Perform clerical data entry and reporting; cash accountability.
