Job summary

Alter Trading in Greeley, CO seeks a Lead supervisor to oversee material purchasing, sorting, processing and shipping while coordinating production schedules. Qualifications

• 2–4 years lead or supervisory experience in the industry or related industry.
• Excellent open communication style to carry out dialogues across all levels of the company.
• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assists with material purchasing, sorting, processing and shipping.
• Assists with coordinating production schedules.
• Supervises quality control of inbound/outbound material and responds to quality issues with customers.
• Proactively checks with equipment operators to ensure all equipment is running properly; may call external vendors or arrange maintenance.
• Prepares daily production reports; orders for the day, materials to ship.
• May operate yard equipment such as baler, forklift, loader, etc.
• Follows safety guidelines and enforces safe work environment policies for employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
