Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen customers, vendors and visitors.
• Answer incoming calls and provide product and price information.
• Direct calls to appropriate area or person.
• Interact with tow truck drivers and parts staff.
• Supervise online parts or car sales.
• Inspect inbound/outbound customers for parts and tools.
• Maintain a presentable showroom and manage inventory.
• Supervise and train Counter Clerks and back-up staff.
• Handle data entry, reporting and filing.
• Balance cash drawer and process payments daily.
