Job summary

Alter Trading in Greeley, CO is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the Non-Ferrous Metals Recovery operation, driving production goals, safety, and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of direct production operation management experience.
• Experience with conveyors is a plus.
• Familiar with mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set schedules, daily and monthly production goals.
• Ensure outbound product quality meets customer requirements.
• Oversee safety and environmental compliance for the operation.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance of equipment.
• Lead facility projects and coordinate CAPEX with contractors.
• Track production volumes and report financial results.
• Represent Alter Trading to customers and stakeholders.
• Supervise up to 15–17 employees across shifts.
