Job summary

Entertainment Benefits Group seeks a Coordinator, Operations to assist the Manager, Operations with daily functions and to identify and implement workflow improvements. You will audit reports, support cross- department improvements, and help deliver better value and efficiency by removing roadblocks to customer success.

Responsibilities include auditing systems, communicating across teams, diffusing escalations, and fostering a problem-solving culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Confident, energetic team member who will function in a collaborative environment.
Keen eye for detail and understanding of company processes.
Self-directed when applicable.
Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish).

Responsibilities

Actively audit financial reports to protect assets and identify risk areas.
Audit systems to ensure quality service across channels (Email, Chat, Voice).
Communicate effectively within EBG departments and with partners and the public.
Diffuse escalations while supporting company goals and initiatives.
Enhance customer experience and loyalty through process improvements.
Daily use data-based methods to diagnose organization across 5 perspectives.
Create practical plans to implement improvements and measure outcomes.
