Job summary

Entertainment Benefits Group (EBG) seeks a Coordinator, Operations to assist the Manager with daily workflows and to optimize processes through audits and data-driven analyses. You will support multiple departments, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance customer success while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role involves coordinating across teams, handling escalations, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy in financial audits and reports.
• Strong communication skills across departments and with the public.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Audit financial reports to identify risk areas and potential losses.
• Audit various systems to ensure quality service (Email, Chat, Voice Recording, Admin System).
• Communicate effectively within EBG and with partners and the public.
• Explain processes and issues to stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Engage with guests and employees professionally and support customer satisfaction.
• Diffuse escalations while supporting company goals and initiatives.
• Use data-based methods to diagnose organizational performance domains.
• Create practical improvement plans and measure results.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
