Job summary

Hawthorne Cat is seeking an Operations Coordinator to monitor and support key initiatives across Product Support and Sales. You will drive operational tasks, lead data quality efforts, and assist in digital initiatives for customer applications and eCommerce.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Corporate Support Services Manager to improve performance on benchmark programs and to advance service and sales objectives across CI and PE markets.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of industry experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Team player able to work with diverse groups.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Process improvement and project management experience preferred.
• Caterpillar product knowledge preferred.
• DBS and/or AS400 experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Excellent customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support key initiatives for Hawthorne, including process improvement and project management responsibilities.
• Administer Prioritized Service Events (PSE) and other leads to maximize opportunities.
• Support Hawthorne’s Digital business, including customer applications, connectivity, eCommerce, fleet management, onboarding, and reporting.
• Track and report progress on key metrics for CI and PE to Sales & Product Support teams.
• Measure POPS-C, POLS, and other key metrics to identify aftermarket opportunities.
• Perform data administration and analysis, including data quality initiatives, CRM maintenance, inventory, sales coverage, and invoice history.
• Communicate, set up, submit and track merchandising, sales and other Caterpillar programs and claims.
• Collaborate with Corporate Support Services Manager to improve performance on benchmark initiatives and programs.
• Support various special programs and promotions throughout the year.
• Comply with all company, department, and Caterpillar policies and procedures.
• Perform and support various other duties and projects as assigned to meet goals.
