You will audit reports, support quality of service, and help reduce roadblocks to customer success, with a focus on data-driven analysis and cross-functional communication. Hybrid schedule with healthcare and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Effective written and verbal communication in a professional setting.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a team.
• Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Audit financial and operational reports to identify risk and efficiency gaps.
• Support cross-department communication and data collection.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and monitor outcomes.
• Interact with guests, employees and partners with a professional demeanor.
• Support weekend/holiday scheduling as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
