Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, financial administrative experience.
• Agile and quick learner with collaborative mindset and ongoing education.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel, work the required schedule, complete Penske employment application and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and manage local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly/monthly lease, contract maintenance, and billing; resolve issues timely to support profitability.
• Perform Fleet Service activities including licensing, permitting, and vehicle servicing.
• Coordinate asset-related services and vendor support not related to maintenance.
• Conduct process analyses using reports to drive improvements and reduce profitability risks.
• Maintain district personnel files and payroll; support hiring processes.
