Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to collaborate with branch team members
• Competent written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years experience in customer service or financial administrative roles
• Agile and quick learner; collaborative projects and continuous education
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts
• Monitor lease, contract maintenance, and billing; resolve issues promptly
• Establish and control processes to support customer service and profitability
• Coordinate fleet service activities including licensing, permitting, and vehicle processing
• Track external vendor support and coordinate with Fleet Services
• Perform process analyses using reports (e.g., billing, AR, citations) for improvement
• Support payroll and paper-work for new hires as assigned by managers
