Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Denver is seeking an Operations Coordinator to handle branch administrative processes, improve profitability, and deliver superior customer service. You will support the Branch Financial Manager with guidance and information to drive performance.

The role requires strong computer skills and a willingness to travel. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, at our Denver location with a competitive benefits package and wage differentials for second shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service or financial administrative roles is expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel and maintain regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and create local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly/monthly lease, contract maintenance, and billing; resolve issues to protect profitability.
• Coordinate fleet licensing and permitting; liaise with internal/external parties.
• Perform process analyses using reports (billing, AR, licensing) to improve efficiency.
