Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of accounts receivable processes and local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly/monthly lease, contract maintenance and billing; resolve issues.
• Complete Fleet Service activities including licensing and permitting.
• Coordinate asset outside services and vendor support.
• Perform process analyses and use Qlikview/AS400 for problem solving.
• Maintain personnel files and payroll; assist branch managers.
