Qualifications

• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of customer service and financial administrative experience.
• Agile and quick learner; enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel as necessary; background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor lease, contract maintenance, and special billing; resolve issues promptly.
• Support Fleet Operations: licensing, permitting, vehicle in/out service, and citations processing.
• Coordinate asset-related outside services and vendor support not maintenance-related.
• Perform process analyses using reports (e.g., 1211) to improve billing, AR, licensing and profitability.
